SF-400 Downhole Gas Separator

This revolutionary design allows the SF-400 to replace the intake section of an ESP (between the motor and pump assembly) opening unlimited opportunities, regardless of the (ESP) pump model or manufacturer.
Industry Problem
In our industry, there remains a common production issue when it comes to downhole gas separation for wells with ESP applications. There is nothing capable or available to match up the output of an ESP. All available gas separators in the market for ESPs take the produced fluid and gas into the interior of the tool for separation to occur, then discharge the gas. As a result, if a well is a high volume well or has a high GLR (Gas to Liquid Ratio) the efficiency is diminished until completely ineffective.
The outer fiberglass media features a weave pattern that is .05” with 9 openings per square inch. With over 350 sq. in. open area, the Separator produces low pressure drop and is resistant to plugging. Tool is apx. 4” O.D. and apx. 6’ in length.
