The Stanley Filter™ ESP KIT acts as a packer separating the abrasive material traveling from the formation to the electrical submersible pumps. By attaching a Stanley Fiberglass filter to the bottom of the ESP KIT we are able to filter out the solids that travel with the fluid from the formation, thereby allowing only clean fluid to pass out through the perforated sub and enter the intake of the electrical submersible pumps.The ESP Kits is constructed of a sturdy six foot(6′)(1.83m) perforated steel mandrel(pup joint), GW Type Packer Cups with a steel insert ring and a packer cup sub assembly.
Installation Instructions
All ESP Kits are available with an adapter that will allow the ESP Kit to change over to the thread on the bottom of the submersible pump.
Attach the ESP Kit to the pump and the section(s) of the filter to the bottom of the ESP Kit. The Packer Cup on the bottom of the ESP Kit is a friction type cup which will seal against the casting.
